The Code Enforcement Office of the City's Police Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of the City of Loganville, by providing effective public service in the enforcement of City Codes and Ordinances.

This Office exists not to punish individual property owners, but to maintain the greater good of the community by gaining compliance with adopted codes. The Office of Code Enforcement is committed to work with both residences and businesses in a professional and effective manner to ensure that the City Codes and Ordinances are enforced in both residential and commercial areas.

The Code Enforcement Officer is charged with ensuring compliance with all Ordinances and Codes that are not of a criminal nature. The Code Office receives and investigates complaints from private citizens and other departments.
